There are 4 large double suite on the first floor each with king size bed, A/C, fireplace and ensuite bathroom. Each suite has a private terrace with beautiful views on the garden and the palmeraie.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms offer twin beds and ensuite shower room. 2 bedrooms offers twin beds and bunk beds and ensuite shower room. All the ground floor bedrooms have A/C and direct access to the garden.

For your comfort and leisure you can enjoy the hamman and massage room. On the basement level there is a games room with video games and DVDs for children, a table tennis table and basketball area.

The villa is suitable for families, or groups of friends, and can be rented as 4 bedrooms, or 8 bedrooms. The ground floor bedrooms, although very comfortable, are not of such a high standard as the first floor bedrooms.

The villa is fully staffed with cook, maid, butler and gardener.
