The property architecture embraces the tradition of luxurious Marrakesh palaces. A large interior courtyard brings fresh air and calm to the villa's sitting rooms and suites overlooking the wonderful garden and the surrounding palmeraie.
The house is fully staffed (chef, butler, maids, gardeners), offering luxury accommodations and five star comfort, decorated with fine antiques, rugs and paintings sourced in France, North Africa and Asia.
The villa stands in a 1 ha. private and secured garden, a few hundred meters away from the magical medina of Marrakesh, in one the most exclusive neighbourhood of the palmeraie.
The villa boasts five large suites of the highest standard of comfort. There is also an additional twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upon request a seventh suite can be made available. Each suite has its own private terrace, king-size bed, A/C, fully equipped bathroom (bath and shower) and internet access (wifi and cable), TV.
Two suites are situated on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. All other suites and bedrooms are on the upper floor with views on the garden and the palmeraie.
There is vast lounge room and dining room for up to 14 guests and a lounge bar equipped with a French pool table.
For your comfort and leisure, the villa offers a swimming pool, a private spa (hammam, sauna, massage, treatments and a small interior heated pool), a fitness room, a cinema room, a French pool table and a reading room.
The outside 25x10 meters pool can be used from April to November.
