Dar Housnia is an elegant riyad located in the heart of Kaat Benahid, one of the most authentic districts of the Medina of Marrakech. The legendary Koutoubia and Jemaa el Fna Place are only a short ten minutes walk away from the riyad.

Dar Housnia was refurbished by architect Chirstophe Siméon, honouring traditional restoration techniques as well as the arabo-andalous architecture. B'hou, patio, menzeh, doukkana and terrace are many places for intimacy. There is a pool and a fountain-basin that welcomes clients during the warmest hours of Marrakech. Their filtered and heated water allows you to enjoy them during every season.
Dar Housnia offers 6 suites with twin or separated beds, one of them being able to host 3 persons. Each suite presents genuine personality and charm, in the comfort of its amenities, the refinement of the house linen and the elegance of its decoration. The bathrooms, all in taddelakt, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Dar Housnia offers the service of a talented cook and discreet and careful
housemaid. The riyad can also organise special events and festive nights and can host tables for up to 12 to 16 guests.
