Situated between San Jose and Ibiza town, 4 km from Ibiza.
Panoramic view over Salinas, Cap des Falcó and over Formentera island.
Access path of aprox. 1 km. All kind of shops at 2 km.
Near the beaches of the south side of the island: Salinas, Es Cavallet, Codolar, Jondal,... At 18 km from Cala Vadella beach where our local office is situated.
Very nice property of 200 sq m of construction in the main level and 150 sq m in the level -1. House of Moroccan style but structured like a loft inside with sliding doors in the bedrooms. Double private pool with cascade.
Capacity: 10 persons (possibility 2 extra children).
