Casimir Perrier is a two bedroom apartment in an 18th century building which stands regally in the midst of one of the most exclusive locations of Paris: Les Invalides, backing St Germain des Prés, in the 7 th arrondissement .
Located on the 5th and 6th floor of a historic parisian building with elevator, this 72 square meters (770 square feet) apartment offers comfort and space with its large, bright living and dining area, sedately furnished in elegantly muted colors.
Full sized French windows open up to a wide balcony which runs the full length of the living dining area and Master bedroom. The marble fireplace facing the King sized bed adds a lovely addition to the Master bedroom which opens up to the living area. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom complete the main floor.
Above, nested on the 6th floor, is the supplementary 2nd bedroom, accessible through a custom-made ladder or through its own separate entrance on the 6th floor. This inviting room with twin beds , exposes original oak beams and genuine tile flooring.
