The Chateau de Candice is located 90 minutes drive from Paris in the magnificent Parc Régional du Perche. This elegant XIXth century castle is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or a family vacation in a luxury retreat offering space, refinement, peace and serenity.
Elegant decoration mixing wood, raw stone, light and transparency and beautiful furnitures, luxury linen. Some berooms have a corner living room but there is no TV or phone to keep you away from your usual life. Yet the Chateau comprises an room called the Bureau from where you can work if necessary. There is Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
Covering an area of approximately 800m2, this castle can accommodate 20 to 36 people. It has a three dependencies which can be describeds as follows :
- A first building (400m2) hosting a large living room of 100 m2 and a dining room of 70 m2 with garden view, kitchen and pantry. There are also three bedrooms and a cinema room.
- A second building of 15 rooms of which 5 have a lounge corner, a Bureau (internet room with 2 computers, photocopiers and fax).
- A third building where the pool is located (6 x 6m, heating and lighting) as well as a hammam (steam room). Pool access can be shut down for children.
The garden is beautiful covering 2000m2. Lounge chairs, loungers, hammocks are available.
For your convenience, a security guard is present on the property permanently.
