Dar 118 used to be a traditional house of the Sidi Mimoune district in the Medina of Marrakech. The riad was entirely redesigned in 2010 by Ludovic Petit as a très privé stylish bolthole. The other major feature of Dar 118 is the unobstucted view on the gardens of the legendary Mamounia palace. The view from the rooftop terrace is indeed one of the most pleasant of Marrakech.

Dar 118 is organized as a riad with its open central courtyard. A spiral staircase distributes floors. The decor is minimalist, designer furnishings with a Beldi touch (traditional), beautiful large prints and photos ornate the living room and bedrooms.

The house offers two double bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. Located on the first floor, those two large bedrooms have king size beds. They have direct access to the gallery's first floor. The bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable and of contemporary style.
An additional room is available at the patio level. The bed is a bed of 140 cm and will better suit children or one single adult, although two loving adults may sleep well ! The room includes a office desk and a bathroom with shower and toilet en suite.

Dar 118 has a large living room with fireplace and dining area. Beautiful dining room table designed by Ludovic Petit. Very well equipped kitchen with espresso machine.

The house also features a hammam and massage room. Masseur and beautician on request.

On the roof terrace, lounge area with dining tables and exclusive view of the gardens of La Mamounia, in the shade of large parasols. The pool is a real treat. It is heated !

The villa staff consists of a manager and a cook and maid taking care of every details in the riad.

This was one of our best family vacations ever. Sa'id, Hakimah, and Saleemah worked so hard to take the best care of us. The food and service were outstanding. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We didn't want to leave!

Accueil chaleureux, Le Riad est très sympa avec très belle vue sur le jardin de la Mamounia, les chambres sont magnifiques, nous avons beaucoup aimé les repas de la cuisinière ainsi que l'aide et la disponibilité de Said.

The experience was incredible. This is the best House I have never been. Every place in the Riad has been decorated and very well done. Sunset from the terrace is incredible as you have a big garden in front of the riad. The riad is 10 min walking from the Place Jemaa el Fnaa, so no better place to stay. One of the best things is Said, the one that is going to help you during your stay, allways willing to help you with everything. I hope we meet him again. Completelly recommendable and I will repeat the experience in the future for sure.
