Dar Assoura is a suggestive Riad located in the Kaat Ben nahid district, two steps away from the Medersa Ben Youssef. The famous “Place Jemaa el Fna” is only five minutes walk away from the Riad. Dar Assoura is a typical Riad from the 19th century, fully restored respecting traditional techniques and local arabic architecture.

The riad features a large patio (courtyard) with a B'hou and running fountain, a big terrace on the roof of the Riad with a thrilling view of the Atlas mountains and a plunge pool for a refreshing drink after an exciting visit to the Medina.

Dar Assoura offers one large suite and three bedrooms with double or twin beds, ensuite bathrooms.

Dar Assoura offers the service of a cook and a housemaid. The cook serves delicious morrocan breakfast and on request she will prepare typical dishes for lunch or dinner: briouats, tadjine, couscous, lamb, chiken with lemon...

Un Riad muy bonito y bien decorado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y silencioso. El desayuno muy bien el primer día que nos dieron tortitas y huevo frito, y no muy bien al dia siguiente que nos dieron yogurt. Un riad muy recomendable, y cercano a la plaza principal, pero dificil de encontrar puesto que el nombre del hotel no figura en la entrada y está entre callejones, pero a pesar de ello, un Riad que recomiendo. Me ha encantado conocer los servicios de esta agencia de reservas, volveré a utilizarlo en cuanto viaje a otros países.

Un accueil chaleureux une Riad splendide. L'emplacement a coté de la place Moukef n'est pas idéal a trouver quand on vient avec ses propres moyens sans taxi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Assoura. In fact it made our stay in Marrakesh more pleasant. The staff were very nice and friendly and we liked the breakfasts and the dinner we had.

However, the area around it wasn't very nice. Also it wasn't very easy to find it. It would have been good if we were warned about the bad area and for future guests it would be helpful if there are more signs directing them to the villa. I would recomend Dar Assoura on it's own, but because of the area and the experience we had I would think twice.

Superbe riad, très calme et très appréciable dans cette ville toujours en mouvement. Aucune mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée au contraire, le riad est spacieux, les chambres sont bien isolées les unes des autres, l'accueil de Saida était parfait, elle est à la fois efficace et discrete, bref rien à redire sur le riad. Très bon accueil, très bon conseils de VillaNovo ! Que de belles demeures proposées ! c'est un vrai plaisir de naviguer sur ce site (rien que pour le plaisir des yeux !)

Le seul bémol que je mettrais concerne les repas. Nous avions prévu de prendre tous nos déjeuner au riad, nous n'en avons finalement pris qu'un à cause du prix prohibitif pour la prestation (10 euros par personne pour une salade niçoise (très bonne mais ça fait cher !) il nous est arrivé de diner dans des endroits pourtant chics et branchés pour quasiment le même prix) C'est le seul bémol que je mettrais à ce séjour parfait !

A beautifully renovated Dar. It is an oasis of peacefulness in a desert of chaos. A pleasent staff and very reasonably priced. Would be my first choice of hotels when returning to Marrakech.

Riad très difficile à trouver à l'arrivée, un peu bruyant sur le matin (beaucoup de mosquée autour). A l'intérieur tout est parfait (lieu et le personnel) mains une fois la porte franchie le coeur de la Médina c'est quelque chose !!!
