Villa Dar El Salam is located along the Argan forest, 12 km from Essaouira, 6 km from the new Mogador golf course and 8 km from the airport.
The property covers 3500 m2 of fenced private gardens and consists of a main villa and a pavillion. The main house of 450 sqm is inspired by a colonial Portuguese house. The pavillion covers 200 sqm.
Main house:
Ground floor:
- A dining room and living room of 60 m2 air-conditioned
- A kitchen fully equipped 17 m2
- A health / sinks
Two bedrooms:
- One of 15 m2 with a double bed of 160 cm × 200 cm with ensuite bathroom (shower)
- The other of 18 m2 with a double bed and a single bed (may be used as extra bed) with ensuite bathroom (shower)
Each bedroom is air conditionned, TV and DVD player.
Upstairs:
Three bedrooms:
- A double bedroom of 20 m2 with 180 × 200 cm bed, ensuite bathroom (bath)
- A 17 m2 double bedroom with 200 cm double bed and additional single bed.
- A 15 m2 double bedroom with a bed of 160 × 200 cm
- Shared bathroom in the last two bedrooms (shower)
Each bedroom is air conditionned, TV and DVD player.
Outside:
- Large 25 m2 equipped terrace for al fresco lunch and diner.
