This elegant riyad is located in the heart of Kaat Benahid, one of the most authentic districts of the Medina of Marrakech. The legendary Koutoubia and Jemaa el Fna Place are only a short ten minutes walk away from the riyad.

the riyad was refurbished by architect Chirstophe Siméon, honouring traditional restoration techniques as well as the arabo-andalous architecture. B'hou, patio, menzeh, doukkana and terrace are many places for intimacy. There is a pool and a fountain-basin that welcomes clients during the warmest hours of Marrakech. Their filtered and heated water allows you to enjoy them during every season.

The riyad offers 6 suites with twin or separated beds, one of them being able to host 3 persons. Each suite presents genuine personality and charm, in the comfort of its amenities, the refinement of the house linen and the elegance of its decoration. The bathrooms, all in taddelakt, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Glaoui Suite
The Glaoui Suite on the first floor will charm honeymoon couples with its private staircase opening to the sky in summer by a "douaya", an elegant lounge area and a bathroom surmounted by a dome like many traditional hammams. Double bed (possibility 2 single beds).

Patio Suite
Patio Suite has high ceilings and is decorated in the oriental style. Accommodation includes a private bathroom seperated from the guest quarters by a light and graceful curtains. Double Bed (possibility 2 single beds).

Mogador Suite
The Mogador Suite is located on the 1st floor, and is very nice with its lounge and cushions. Suite Mogador is decorated with modern calligraphy works. The bathroom is spacious and equiped with 2 basins and a generous bathtub with a "douaya" opened to the sky in summer. Double bed (possibility 2 single beds).

Fez Suite
The Fez Suite on the first floor is preceded by a quiet and cosy loggia overlooking the patio and is delicately decorated with watercolors by Delacroix. A private bathroom includes a bathtub and 2 basins . Double bed (possibility 2 single beds).

Douiria
A little house for 4 people, with 2 luxurious suites with a private bathroom, double basins, bath. Double beds (possibility to set twin beds) The "patio-living room" offer a dining room and a open fire, in open air (patio can be covered in winter) Private terraces allow to have a magnificent view to Koutoubia and Atlas mountains.

You will enjoy the service of a talented cook and discreet and careful housemaids. The riyad can also host special events and festive nights and may welcome up to 12 to 16 guests.
