Les chambres et le personnel du riad.
Concernant VillaNovo, notre 1ère réservation fut enregistrée de façon incomplète (manquaient repas, lit BB). Pour le 2ème contact : parfait ! Très bonne anticipation pour notre arrivée malgré notre manquement pour communiquer notre horaire de vol : Bravo !
La terrasse (contiguë à celle du voisin), flexible de douche à changer d'urgence.

personnel très agréable. Ryad très bruyant la nuit/rue et au chant du coq toutes les nuits. Il manquait de la verdure dans le patio qui était d'une nudité absolue.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the dar tarik ryad.
Overall customer service was good but took long time for someone to pick up phone when trying to book. Looked after us when we were at ryad as well which was nice.
