This lovely and typical stone villa of Essaouira is an attractive retreat for a holiday with family or friends only a few kilometers from the beach and the city center.
The architecture of the house is modeled on that of Moroccan kasbah but the interiors have been designed and decorated in a very contemporary style.
The villa is situated on a one-hectare garden and boasts a beautiful swimming pool of 16m x 6m (unsecured) beside which is a large pool house lounge, a kitchen area and a shower / WC. The view on the countryside is unobstructed.
On the garden level, the villa comprises a lounge, a dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms, each of these rooms overlooking a large central and covered courtyard flooded with light. The fourth bedroom is accessible through a staircase leading to the roof terrace. It is therefore relatively independent from the rest of the villa.
The villa has two very large double rooms in which one or two beds for children can eventually be arranged (on the existing sofas) . A third double room is suitable for a couple and the fourth room has three single beds and is preferably suitable for children.
The villa's running water and electricity are supplied by a solar panels and a generator. The house equipment is of excellent quality: Flat screen TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, sound system for MP3 player, lounge chairs by the pool...
The staff consists of a couple living in a small separate house behind the vegetable garden.
A cook can be made available everyday for your stay for a cost of 100 DH per day.
