Located a few miles away from Marrakesh city center, in Bab Atlas residential area, Villa de Marion is a charming house of 280 sqm decorated in a modern style. The living room (TV) and dining room are located on the ground floor in a large room with great volumes and direct access to the garden and the pool.
All rooms are very comfortable. The two bedrooms on the first floor have a wonderful view on the Marrakech palmeraie and the Atlas mountains. One is a twin bedroom (+1 add. bed for a child) and the other one is double bedroom. They share the same bathroom.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and offers direct acces to the terrace. The rooms is equipped with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, TV.
Fully equipped, with pool and A/C, including domestic staff, Villa de Marion is the perfect place for relaxing vacations with friends and family.

Comments
La maison est très chouette et avec son style bien à elle, mais le ménage était très moyen. Quant aux finitions et à l'entretien de la maison : pas de porte de douche dans la salle de bains du rdc, pas de coffrage pour les volets roulants, pas d'éclairage la nuit pour arriver à la maison ... bref on à l'impression que la maison n'est pas terminée ????

LA MAISON EST FIDELE AUX IMAGES SUR LE SITE VILLANOVO. ELLE EST TRES AGREABLE A VIVRE ET A REGARDER. LA PROPRIETAIRE A BEAUCOUP DE GOUT ET A SU GARDER DANS LE MODERNISME LE COTE ORIENTAL.
