La situation.
Pour résumer notre opinion, je dirais que cette maison- un peu désuete, ce qui n'est pas forcément un défaut pour nous! - est confortable, bien équipée, notamment pour sa cuisine, les salles de bain sont simples mais complètes et nettes et que la varangue est vraiment agréable.
Cette maison a du charme et nous avons eu le sentiment de vivre dans une vraie maison de famille !
Un système d'alarme...mais qui ne fonctionnait pas.
