Le Coq Berbčre is one of these Marrakech riads we love very much at VillaNovo ! It is located in Riad Laarous, not far (5 min.) from the Medersa Ben Youssef and Mouassine and 10 minutes walk away from Jaama el Fna square.
Le Coq Berbčre feature 6 double bedrooms, a plunge pool in the courtyard and an exquisite terrace. Le Coq Berbčre is adjacent to Riad le Coq Fou and you can book both riads if you want to have 11 double bedroom just for you.
Decoration is very nice. Bedrooms have been arranged with furnitures and items of contemporary inspiration found in antique shops and flea markets by the Italian owners. It is all very harmonious and it creates a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.
Bedrooms Or, Schifano and Majorelle have 1 double bed and one additional single bed.
The roof terrace is a great place to enjoy lunch or diner.
There is a massage room in the riad for relaxing moments.
Bachir will take care of you during your stay and help you organize every moments.

Les Riads ne manquent pas à Marrakech mais nous n'avons fréquenté que le Coq Berbère. Tout ce que nous pouvons en dire est qu'il s'agit là d'une excellente adresse, que nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui désirent passer une ou plusieurs nuits à Marrakech. Accueil chaleureux et service impeccable, sans parler du charme du Riad en lui même.
Ne sachant pas si les autres adresses recommandées par Villanovo valent le Coq Berbère, toujours est-il que cette adresse là est excellente et le suivi par Villanovo tout à fait correct.
Un service d'accueil depuis le parking situé à une centaine de mètres du Riad permettrait toutefois d'éviter de se faire alpaguer (et arnaquer) par tous ceux qui proposent leurs services aux alentours. Mais Marrakech c'est Marrakech !

Nadie nos indicó que no se podía pagar con tarjeta de crédito y el último día, cuando no ibamos, tuvimos que pagar con euros y dirhams y nos quedamos sin nada de efectivo.....

Muho mejor el almuerzo que fue excelente ,que el desayunoque era algo escaso.La localizacion es dificil e invita a perderse.Las partes comunes son muy agradables sobretodo si todos los ocupantes son de la misma familia o grupo.El personal del riad es muy atento i agradable.La decoracion de la casa es muy cuidada. Es una experiencia a recomendar.
He utilizado el servicio telefonico i he reservado directamente sobre el sitio ,pero los servicios adicionales solicitados como el transporte del aeropuerto al riad tambien funciono bien,por lo que el servicio de VillaNovo ha sido bueno.

Le personnel était très gentil!!
Il manquait au riad l'ambiance marocaine, pas de decoration, de bougies, de fleurs. Le petit déjeuner était plus que moyen, pas de fruits, du pain qui était loin d'être frais. Dommage.
