Located in the heart of Paris, at metro station Port Royal, the apartment stands on the 6th floor of a 19th century building with an elevator.
This modern 35 square meters one bedroom apartment has been designed to offer the confort usually offered in bigger spaces. Entrance door opens directly onto the living room. Living space bathed by the light of a string of full size windows facing south west. Nice and clear view from the 2 small balconies. The comfortable sofa bed can accomodate 2 additional guests.
