Palais Antares is a beautiful villa located in the Palmeraie at Dar Tounsi, less than 10 minutes from the ramparts of Marrakech. The location is ideal in a very secure area close to Palais Rhoul, Palais Namaskar and Lodge K.

The house faces south, nestled in a garden covering one hectare in which flourish in the midst of 600 roses dozens of olive trees, citrus and palm trees. The villa is unique in its design offering a subtle mix of tradition, modernity and luxury.

Palais Antares has nearly 1500 m2 of living area and a large swimming pool surrounded by harmonious colonnades. The pool is a 21m x 7m infinity pool in dark balinese stone.

Entrance goes through a beautiful and majestic hall with access to the living room where a 12 foot Riley snooker (unique in Marrakech) will delight fans. From the living room you can directly go and relax in the movie theater lounge suitable for twelve guests (Dolby surround, 5m x 3m display).
Adjoining the living room is a spacious dining room with direct access to the pool.
The terrace is an ideal place for contemplative people who will love to bask in the large armchairs and sofas. It is also a perfect place for lunch or a candlelight diner.

In the main part of the villa there are 4 large rooms or suites and one bedroom. There is an additional room with sitting area in the nearby cottage. The rooms all have en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
The master suite is spectacular with a 100 m2 of space and unobstructed view over the Atlas and absolutely imperial 3.60 meters wide bed !
In the ground floor, two luxury and comfortable suites overlook the pool. They are part of the villa but designed as typical Riads around a open garden.
The suite situated in the cottage is a large bedroom with separate lounge and a 2.80 meters wide bed. The Pavilion has a private terrace and direct access to the garden.

Palais Antares also proposes a large marble massage room with 2 massage beds. In the garden behind the house is one of the best petanque field of Marrakech (15 m x 5 m).

The villa is air conditioned, has two fully equipped kitchens, including a heavu duty kitchen separated from the main body of the villa and reserved for meal preparation. The other kitchen is superbly equipped, black marble, available to guests only.
A qualified and discreet staff (cook, housekeepers, servers, caretaker, gardener) is available for the duration of your stay.

Exclusively at Palais Antares, we can make available a young talented French chef, trained in the finest European tables (Bocuse, the Crillon and the Violon d'Ingres, as well as "L'Angleterre" in Geneva). References upon request.
