This luxury penthouse is located in an ideally quiet location in Ipanema. It is in front of the Lagoon, and still only 10 minutes walking to the mythical Posto 9 on Ipanema beach. It is a very modern and bright 3 story penthouse.
On the main floor of this penthouse you have a large living room – very tastefully decorated and boasting large floor to ceiling windows that allows you to view directly out onto the lagoon and Christ Redeemer. This floor also has the dining room that can seat 6 people, as well as a kitchen with all new and modern amenities and a bedroom ensuite with cable TV and air conditioning
