This luxury penthouse is located in an ideally quiet location in Ipanema. It is directly in front of the Lagoon, and still only 5 minutes walking to the mythical Posto 9 on Ipanema beach. It is a very modern and bright 2 story penthouse.
On the main floor of this penthouse you have a large living room – very tastefully decorated and boasting large floor to ceiling windows that allows you to view directly out onto the lagoon and Christ Redeemer. This floor also has the dining room that can seat 6 people, as well as an American style kitchen with all new and modern amenities.
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with double beds. Both of these have en-suite bathrooms as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all finished with beautiful white tile, which will be sure to keep you cool and comfortable in the apartment, after you’ve enjoyed the sunshine and heat of Ipanema beach. Both of these bedrooms walk out onto the beautiful terrace, where again you have stunning views of Corcovado, Christ Redeemer and the peaceful lagoon. There is ample furniture on the patio, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine during the day if you don’t want the beach, or to have a drink at night, taking in the tranquil view of Rio de Janeiro as the sun sets on the city.
There is daily maid service included with this apartment, and also, there is air conditioning throughout. This is the perfect location for your stay if you like quiet nights looking up at Christ Redeemer, but still want to be just a few minutes’ walk from the main streets and beautiful beach of Ipanema.
