Formerly the home of nobles, Riad Oasis has been beautifully restored in the Arab Andalusian style preserving the authenticity of old this house while upgrading it to the highest standard of comfort and refinement.

Each bedrooms is individually decorated by a dominant color in warm tones, the ceilings are covered with carved plaster, they have large fireplaces, spacious bathroom with tadelakt walls and colorful ceramics, separate toilet, air conditioning

- Riad Andalous: 4 Bedrooms

This property is a traditional riad where cedar wood has been used extensively to create a unique atmosphere and soul. The courtyard features a glass transparent sunroof (ideal in the winter), a marble fountain from which flows the water with gentle murmur. The riad has a lift to the 1st floor and terrace.

Bedrooms are spacious with different themes, marble floors , carved cedar ceilings, bathrooms with large showers, separate toilet, king size beds, cozy fireplaces, LCD satellite TV, safe, mini bar, air conditioning, underfloor heating.

There is a large living room with intricately carved cedar ceilings and an impressive chiselled plaster fireplace. Copper patina luminaires with different shapes have been exclusively designed for the riad by local craftmen.

The riad boasts also a dining room with a capacity of 30 guests, with fireplace and carved wooden benches covered with vibrant fabrics, a panoramic terrace, bar, solarium, marble hammam, relaxation room, bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi throughout the riad.

- Riad Bleu: 6 Bedrooms

This riad adds a modern and mediterranean touch to the property, featuring white walls and blue doors around a large patio. There are 6 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, all full equipped and offering a lovely zen decoration.

The 3 riads are located in the district of El Baraka, near the medina entrance of Bab Ailen and Bab Ghemat, 5 minutes to golf courses and 15 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square.

LE RIAD DE MES REVE ; très grand d'une très belle décoration à la marocaine , il me tarde juste de revenir dans cette endroit un peu magique. Concernant VillaNovo, rien à dire là aussi que ce soit au téléphone ou la presentation du riad par David qui en plus a fait preuve de gentillesse et de patience. ENCORE MERCI !
