Saint Didier is a 93 m² (840 sq.ft ) apartment on the 2nd floor of an authentic Art Deco building with an elevator.
Built in 1930, this authentic Art Deco building was originally a movie theatre completed with loft apartments on the upper levels designed to host international celebrities coming to town to present the latest motion picture they featured in.
The theatre has been closed, but the original Art Deco features were kept intact.
At the ground level are the living and dining room with 7 meters high ceiling and huge loft style windows, a fully equipped kitchen and a small shower room and WC.
The superior level is built as a logia and accommodates an independant master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom and another queen size bed set on the open space yet allowing for privacy thanks to the height of the rounded balcony.
