I rated the quality of staff/service as good instead of excellent as the staff was clearly still trying to get adapted to this new property. With any new property, there are of course going to be some areas of improvement, and this was indeed the case at The Secret Garden. That said, all of the staff were attentive, friendly, fast-acting and happy to make our time there special. We loved them all. Our butler, Ahmed, Moustafa, etc., all stand out. Riad, our villa specialist at VillaNovo, was incredibly nice, professional and helpful. He did all he personally could to make our trip special. If I would suggest one addition to Villa Novo's services it would be to add touring services on top of location rental. While Riad was very gracious, it seemed unfair to burden him with our many needs. Perhaps an idea would be to put client's directly in contact with the hotel concierge or for VillaNovo to have their own concierge service.
