The villa enjoys an excellent location on the edge of the Palmeraie, 5 minutes away from the city center and Golf de la Palmeraie, 10 minutes away from Amelkis and Royal golf courses. Jamaa el Fna square is 10 minutes away.
The villa is nestled amidst palm trees in a large private garden planted with pine trees, orange and lemon trees, old olive trees. This is a countryside style villa just 10 minutes from downtown Marrakech.
The villa has a unique and original style, mixing pop art, antiques, design items and Orientalist paintings. The living and dining rooms open directly on the terrace, the garden and onto the pool. The 3 bedrooms and 2 suites are all on the ground floor, some with private terrace.
Orchestrated by a discreet staff, the villa is very cosy and relaxed.
Horse riding : an equestrian club is located next door.
