Villa 24 is a lovely private house situated in the heart of a private and secured residence a few minutes from the city walls, in the most exclusive area of the palmeraie of Marrakech.
The house is of traditional style and decor mixing Moroccan handicraft with contemporary touches. All parts of the house are air conditioned.
The villa entrance is through a courtyard where there is a small private pool, sun loungers and a dining table.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and the other two bedrooms are 90 cm twin-beds which can be assembled into double beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views of the Palmeraie.
The living-dining room opens onto the courtyard and pool. It is equipped with a fireplace and a flat screen TV with satellite. Dining room table for 8.
Very well equipped kitchen or officiates Amina housekeeper who will be pleased to prepare an excellent Moroccan cuisine. Amina is present from 9 am to 15 pm. Her service may be extended on request, especially if you want to get a table service for dinner.
The residence is quiet and confidential. The residence offers a large swimming pool with sun loungers which you can enjoy thoughout the day. You can park your rental car in the private parking located at the residence entrance.
