Nice ancient finca completely renewed situated on first line of the sea in Cala Moli. At only few minutes from the beach and at 10 min. by car from the village of San José. At 25 minutes from Ibiza town. All the beaches of the West coast are at maximum 10 Km of distance: Cala d\'Hort, Cala Carbó, Cala Vadella , Cala Moli, Cala Tarida where our local office is situated, Conta.. Supermarket at 5 minutes.
Incredible situation, first line of the sea with great views over the sunset and the sea. Private access to the sea though the cliff to a small plate form with stair going to a natural cave and the sea. Because of their proximity to the cliff this property may be considered dangerous for child.

Large living dining room with fire place, TV with satellite (international and Italian) DVD and hi-fi. Access to 2 terraces with living place and exterior dining place.
