On the wings of Marrakech and the legendary Circuit of the Palmeraie stands Villa 99, a new interpretation of Moorish architecture and a subtle interplay of stone and light, a nest one of the most amazing collection of African Art. Villa 99 is now open to a privileged few.

The villa stands on 16000 sqm of land including a 2500 sqm pond. The villa is divided in three areas : The main villa, the bedrooms pavillion, the suites pavillion.
The ground floor of the main villa includes a vast living room, a vast dining room and the bar. Each of these rooms has direct access to the large terrace with loungers and sofas surrounding a 35 meters heated swimming pool.

Villa 99 offers :
- 3 spacious bedrooms with sitting room and fireplace. Terrace on the Atlas or the pond. Air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV.
- 2 suites of 120 sq.m. on the edge of the pond with private steam room (hammam), large bath, large shower, video projection on a very wide screen, air conditioning.
- 1 suite of 60 sqm on the first floor of the main villa, large bath, large shower, TV and A/C.
- 2 single bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are connected to the sitting area of the suite on the first floor of the main villa.

The former chef of the Maisonette in Paris, Svetlana Milivojevic is here to cook an excellent international cuisine made of fresh and quality products, know-how, and creativity without artifice.

Our bartender will compose you cocktails while listening to one of the 3000 vinyle discs available at the villa. The library offers also more than 2000 books for you to read. Picture yourself : Singapoor Sling, Brahms' Violin Concerto and the Aesthetics of Hegel by the pool while the sun goes down on Marrakech Palmeraie !
