Villa Adele, along with neighbouring villas Kythnos and Hortense is one of the three properties grouped on a hilltop position, high over Agios Ioannis beach with unparalleled panoramic views of Aegean sea, Agios Ioannis bay and the sacred Island of Delos. The villas share the driveway and parking, a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by an attractive entertaining area with teak sun beds, large white umbrellas and pergola-shaded outdoor dining with BBQ. The pool and terrace enclosed by large natural rocks and superb cacti, give breathtaking panoramic and sunset views.
The property is positioned above the pool are, reachable by a garden natural stone staircase, featuring a private pergola-shaded terrace for dining with views over the pool and the bay. The interiors are very similar with sister villa Kythnos, white curtains and cream upholstery, sober carved marble flooring and wood beams ceilings. A formal indoor dining area opens on the right side to a nice modern kitchen and on the left side to a spacious living room, both with access to front terrace with views.
All bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master suite-style bedroom is spacious with beautiful sea views and en-suite bathroom. One cozy bunked-bed bedroom suitable for children shares the bathroom with a twin bedroom with balcony and views. A fourth guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom has access to a back courtyard.
Villa Adele can be rented alone for small groups or combined with Kythnos and Hortense sharing the large pool, making it an ideal special retreat for guests looking for privacy, lots of space and unparalleled views.
