Villa Alistair is located in a lovely panoramic position overlooking Agios Ioannis bay, semi-detached to its sister villa Nahel. The two lovely properties, share a separate parking and a garden pathway that leads to each villa private entrance and outdoor areas.
The attractive private infinity pool is located in a very panoramic position, overlooking the sea and the island of Delos. The private outdoors surrounding the property are very spacious, offering a pergola-shaded area and a sun bathing deck with great views. A cozy patio leads to the main entrance of the house and to the new separate studio apartment. The property features a spacious living room with windows overlooking the pool and the sea, a formal dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen with access also to a private outdoor dining terrace with wood-fire BBQ.
The decor is stylish with white upholstery and wooden antique pieces of furniture, while the floors are a mix of traditional carved marble and wooden boards. The main double bedroom is found on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom, it has direct access to the property entrance patio, which also leads to the swimming pool. Another two guest bedrooms are located on the upper floor each with en-suite bathroom and access to their own private terraces with stunning sea views. Just across from the main house is the new studio with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a small living corner and kitchenette, granting privacy thanks to its separate entrance.
The property is ideal for families, especially if rented together with Nahel, because of the many combined bedrooms and private spacious outdoors areas with two separate and private swimming pools, enjoying gorgeous views and easy access to the sea and lively Agios Ioannis beach tavernas.
