Nestle in an olive grove of 1.2 acres the villa offers 500 sqm of living space. It is arranged as a "dar", a traditional house comprising an interior patio where there is a large water basin. The villa is surrounded by an olive grove planted in front of the spectacular Atlas Mountains, in a quiet and tranquil countryside.

The villa Atlas comprises 5 bedrooms with private bathroom, a dining room, kitchen, an indoor lounge with TV, a covered outdoor lounge, sun terrace upstairs and several outdoor terraces. The house is surrounded by a large garden, olive grove, vegetable garden and an orchard.

Each room in the villa has a fireplace and is equipped with air conditioning.

There are three double contemporary and comfortable bedrooms in the right wing of the villa. The Atlas 1 bedroom offers direct to the garden access via the its private terrace. These rooms can be accessed from the lounge.
Two bedrooms are located on the left side of the villa. A large suite (Atlas 4) is on the upper floor and is accessible from the dining room. It offers a magnificent view over the garden, the surrounding countryside and the Atlas. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor. It is accessible from the outside verandah has a private terrace.

A wing of the villa is reserved for the staff.

The pool is 22 m long and 4.5 meters wide and has several depths (for children).

Two people are at your service 8 to 10am. per day for catering, cooking, grocery shopping and cleaning.

Villa Atlas is located on Ouarzazate road. The villa is 5 minutes from the village of Chouiter following a piste in very good condition passing through olive groves and wheat fields. It takes 25 minutes to reach the center of Marrakech from the villa.

Le design de la maison, son architecture, le salon d'été. Concernant VillaNovo, très bon choix de maisons, le service est parfait.
Je suis ravie d'être passée par cette agence. Je renouvellerai l'expérience les yeux fermés.

Je crois bien qu'il n'y en a pas !
