This beautiful and spacious contemporary villa is ideally located in the Marrakech Palmeraie near the magnificent Relais & Chateaux Ksar Char Bagh. It is a newly built villa.
The villa offers large openings to the outside with French windows and direct access to the landscaped garden. Overall design and furnishing is contemporary.
On the garden level :
- Entry leading onto a first lounge with direct access to the garden
- Large fully equipped kitchen
- Large living room with central fireplace separating the dining room and the lounge area
- Direct access from the lounge to a large covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pool
- 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and WC. The rooms are air conditioned, have fireplaces and all have direct access to the garden with bay windows overlooking terraces.
Upstairs:
- Access by an indoor staircase to a double room with bathroom. Fireplace, overlooking the garden and the palmeraie of Marrakech.
- A 6th double bedroom is located on the roof top terrace. Fireplace, overlooking the garden and Palmeraie.
