Studio de la Mer : Totally independent from the main house and situated near the cliff with great views, nice studio with private terrace, wooden floor, fire place, integrated kitchen, TV with satellite, double bed (2 electrical single beds joined); Complete bathroom with Jacuzzi and nice views. This is the most comfortable, luxury and modern pavilion of the villa.

Studio Los Olivos : Dining room with integrated kitchen, living place opened to the bedroom place with matrimonial bed and complete bathroom.

The exterior part of the property is divided into 2 different areas:

Main terrace with sea view and decorated as a boat deck. Floors made of teak, terrace porch with ventilators and summer living place. Sail shaped as a mast; exterior bar with fridge, sink, glasses for the terrace; dining place, Jacuzzi, private pool…

All surrounded by nice garden with palm trees and all kind of tropical plants. Access to the gym and to the Studio de la mer.

In the back side of the villa, nice orchard with natural terraces with olive trees, vineyard, almond trees and other typical Mediterranean plants.
