45 minutes away from the airport, this 3 bedroom villa (plus 2 bedrooms in the garden villa) is set right on the beach of Black River (La Preneuse) overlooking the magnificent mountain of Le Morne.
The terrace and veranda is enhanced by the bundles of vivid coloured bougainvilleas in full blossom. A few meters away you will enjoy one the best swim of the west coast. You will also enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of the island and the quietness of that haven of peace.
THE BEACH VILLA
The large covered veranda is beautifully furnished with white cane armchairs. The veranda can be protected from the sun by bamboo roller blinds.
The lounge / dinning room is tastefully furnished and decorated and apart from the TV, satelite channels and DVD, you can still admire a beautiful sea view. The Kitchen has all the equipment you may need: Gas/electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, microwave, toaster and kettle and a BBQ (outside).
BEDROOMS
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in total - 1 master double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet - 1 double bedroom - 1 kids bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a second bathroom and toilet.
EXTRA EQUIPMENT
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, telephone (local calls), a small safe.
An electronic burglar alarm with immediate response protects the villa.
THE GARDEN VILLA
Veranda with dining table and lounge area.
Interior living room and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen.
Two air conditionned double bedrooms on the first floor. Ensuite bathrooms.
STAFF
A maid and a cook from 8.30 am to Noon daily, except on Sundays and Public holidays, when only the maid attends the domestic chores.
