Situated in Cala Carbó area at only 2 min. by car from the beach and at 5 min. by car from Cala D'Hort and from Cala Vadella beach where our office is situated. At 7 Km from the village of San José. Ibiza town at 25 Km of distance. Small supermarket at only 2 min. by car.

Nice and recently built house of 350 sq. with private pool and incredible views over the sea and over the island of Vedra. Plot of 2.200 sq m.
