Dar Tamazerte is a beautiful and spacious privately owned villa that the owners let on a selected basis when they are not in residence. The villa is set in its own extensive sub-tropical, landscaped gardens with large swimming pool, shaded outdoor terraces, mature olive and fruit trees and enjoys stunning views of the Atlas mountains.

Dar Tamazerte is one of just 8 villas forming the exclusive Bab Adrar development built on a 20 acre olive grove in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, 28 km outside Marrakech. The rural location provides space, peace and beauty away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech whilst giving easy access both to this vibrant city and to the mountains. The villa enjoys shared use of a clay tennis court, a gym, a hammam/spa and a golf practice area.

Dar Tamazerte is fully catered. Breakfast is included in the rental and other meals will be provided as required. Guests will enjoy high standards of local and international cuisine served with elegance and charm, fresh flowers, linen napkins and fine china.

The spacious villa (355 sq meters) is fully air conditioned.
Each of the 3 bedroom suites comprise bathroom or shower, dressing area and outdoor terrace. Every effort is made to ensure guests comfort and all rooms have air conditioning, fine linen, towels, bathrobes and hairdryers. Two of the bedroom suites are doubles and one is a twin.

In addition to indoor reception rooms the villa has extensive (132 Sq meters) outdoor entertaining space.

Garden
The villa is set in 1.5 acres of private mature walled gardens with over 60 mature olive trees as well as fig, avocado, lemon, lime, orange, apricot and pepper trees. It also has a kitchen garden that provides some of the produce that you will enjoy during your stay.

Swimming Pool
Completely private the swimming pool and surrounding terrace provides the perfect spot to relax under shaded pergolas and enjoy the year round temperate climate whilst taking in the fresh mountain air from the peaks of the Atlas Mountains.

Concierge Service
The villa is managed locally on behalf of the owners by Tim Buxton and his English/French speaking team. Having spent many years in Marrakech Tim is an expert in the local area and he will be pleased to offer suggestions and make arrangement to ensure that you are able to make to most of your stay. Activities that can be arranged include day trips to the mountains or coast, golf, riding, quad biking, mountain biking, balloon rides and much more.

The owners also have an English speaking driver that can be available during your stay. Depending on your requirements this is often less expensive than hiring a car and can be much more rewarding and relaxing.

Bab Adrar Communal Facilities
The villa is part of the exclusive Bab Adrar development of 8 villas. Guest will have access to the communal facilities located at the front of the site with stunning views of the mountains. The facilities include:
