The villa is situated 12 km away from Essaouira city center, overlooking the bay and the ocean and offering breathtaking sunsets. 4 km away is a deserted beach of golden sand, with sand dunes lining a drivable route that winds between juniper bushes. In the 4000 m2 walled garden and around the 10m x 4m swimming pool, you can admire cacti, bougainvillea, jasmin bushes, olive trees, eucalyptus, argan and other trees.

The villa has its own water and electricity supply. A high performance solar power system supplies the house with electricity, thanks to the year-round sun. The villa is built around 3 open air patios connected by a corridor leading to 3 lounges, the entrance, the kitchens and the suites.The Villa is made up of 4 independent suites.

The 4 suites include each a bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and a private terrace. Each suite can accommodate 2 to 3 guests (1 extra bed per suite).

Suite 1: Ground floor, 3 guests, 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed in the living room for 1 person

Suite 2: Ground floor, 3 guests, 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed in the living room for 1 person

The villa staff will arrange lunch and diner from fresh vegetables, fish... and will take care of your comfort during your entire stay.

Villa is not equipped with an internet connection. You can obtain a 3G dongle to connect to your PC in shops dowtown Essaouira.

La maison est magnifique, dans un emplacement très calme. Essaouira est à peine à 10 minutes.
Rapport qualité/prix excellent!

Mobilier défectueux sur la terrasse, quelques odeurs pas très agréables dans la chambre du haut.

The atmosphere, the house, the staff, service and the food. The house is spacious with plenty of privacy, intimate rooms, nicely decorated, wonderful pool and terrace, the pool was very suitable for our little daughter. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was great!

The access road to the villa is not paved and very bumpy and long. Also it would be a plus to be able to get something to eat or drink during the day, a little snack for example in the afternoon

Très belle maison, décorée avec bcp de goût, belle architecture.
Service impeccable, le personnel de maison est avenant, excellente cuisinière !
La maison est très bien tenue, très propre

Les lits sont assez petits même s'ils sont confortables.
La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nager.

bonjour, nous avons été vraiment ravis de tout ....excepté la piste pour arriver a la villa j,ai une BMW coupé sport donc tres basse et il y a eu un peu de casse mais sinon tout etait parfait ainsi que le personnel tres accueillant et sympatique.

We thought the villa was lovely - beautiful location, fantastic accommodation and charming staff. The only complaint we had was regarding the electricity as it never worked and this also affected the water - we were given a rebate but would rather have had power. Also would have been brilliant if the pool could have been heated as it was too cold for the small children. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there.

We cannot speak too highly of the wonderful staff at the the Villa Agouni. When we became lost they came and met us at 11.00 at night from Essouirra and then gave us the most wonderful three course meal. Service that was beyond the call of duty! It was such a relaxing place to be but also not too far from the town.

VillaNovo was very helpful and suportive.

Maison tres agreable (bien decoree, bien concue, belle piscine) au calme et abritee du vent.
Chemin d'acces depuis la route pourrait etre un peu ameliore.
Tres bon accueil (personnel tres sympa, souriant, facile a vivre)
Cuisine pour le diner de très bonne qualité (malgre un vin un peu cher versus qualite) - petit déjeuner pourrait etre meilleur (crêpes à faire le matin meme versus la veille + jus d'orange pas terrible)
Conseil pour les futurs clients: attention au contrôle radar sur la route qui mène a Essaouira !
