Villa Eulalia was designed as a small ultra-private cocoon, nestled in one of the most exclusive districts of the Palmeraie close to a small douar (village) along Fez road. Marrakech city center is ten minutes ride from the villa.
The entire villa is at street level and offers 400 m2 of living space and 1000 m2 of land enclosed by walls. In the garden grows lush vegetation and century old palm trees. It consists of three buildings, three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a pool of 18 meters by 3.50 meters.
The villa decoration is a subtle mix of contemporary and design objects and furnitures with Moroccan-inspired and classical items. The villa is very comfortable, fully air conditioned with the exception of a bedroom.

- Lounge and dining room for 6 people
- Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine
- 1 double room with private bathroom and toilet, shower. The room has direct access to a courtyard with a sitting area.

The pool is not heated. Deck chairs are available as well as mattresses and cushions.
The villa has a guard 24h. A cook / housekeeper is available to prepare meals and keep the house in perfect conditions during your stay.
