House situated in Caló den Real complex, between the beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala Molí. Supermarket at 1Km of distance with free home delivery service. Cala Vadella beach, where our local office is situated, at 2 km of distance. San Jose village at 7 km and Ibiza town at 20 km. Security guard in the residence.
Over a completely surrounded by a stone wall, plot of 1000 sq m, nice house built on the 70´s articulated around a central patio with pool on first line of the sea. Great views over the west coast, sunset and over the islands Espartar and Bledas.

Ground floor:
Living dining room for 6 persons with fireplace and TV with parabolic aerial with French channels.
Well-equipped kitchen including microwaves and dishwasher. Access to a terrace with barbecue.

In the front of the villa, terrace porch with exterior dining place for 6 persons and access to a terrace with another dining place with incredible sea views.
First floor:
With exterior access, main bedroom with matrimonial bed, en suite bathroom with large bad and independent WC. Terrace with living place and nice sea view.
Air conditioning in the living dining room and in the main bedroom.
- Pool terrace:
In the backside of the villa, patio with exterior living and dining place with sail for 8 persons. Pool terrace with private pool of 11 x 4 m and 2,40 m depth.
- Annexe completely independent from the main house:
1 Toilette with independent shower.
1 double bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed and complete en suite bathroom with bath.
1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed and en suite bathroom with bath.
Basic but comfortable decoration. Easy parking. The villa may not be safe for small children because of the proximity to the cliff and of the access trough a stair to the main bedroom.
Included in the price: Water, electricity, gas, maintenance of garden and pool as well as a cleaning and a change of towels and sheets per week.
