For the ultimate in escapism Villa Jnane Salmia is a fully staffed, privately owned luxury villa located in the tranquil area of the Palmeraie, a short drive from the centre of Marrakech.

Jnane Salmia has a lush red foyer and an elegant swimming pool. Situated in its own private Mediterranean gardens, it offers five large en-suite bedrooms with open fireplaces. Downstairs there is a large dining room, a light and airy breakfast room and a living area with library, fireplace and veranda.

In a separate garden, the Villa Pavilion has two suites with fireplaces, sitting room and outdoor dining area, as well as its own pool surrounded by lavender and olive trees. The pool of the pavilion cen be heated on request.

The main house has five stunning bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the gardens. The smaller house or Pavillion has two suites comprising bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, with an outdoor sitting room between the suites for evening dining or daytime relaxation. Each house has its own swimming pool and private garden and there is a tennis court available for all guests.

The villa is perfect for a large family group or party of friends, but it is also possible to rent rooms in either the house or the pavillion separately.

Both houses are surrounded by luxuriant gardens of olive trees, bougainvillea, rosemary, lavender and jasmine, where beautiful meals are served at tables covered in white roses prepared exclusively for you by the resident chef. Cooking is a fusion of Moroccan and European cuisine and can be tailored to your needs, using home grown and organic produce from the gardens whenever possible. Evening drinks can be served on the roof of the house from where the distant Atlas mountains can be seen or in the scented garden at dusk surrounded by candles.

Special events can always be accommodated on request, including wedding parties or a birthday celebration.
