This luxury Joatinga villa is a modular steel-frame construction, elegant and immaculate, with glass walls built as pivoting panels. Being built by steel frame and glass makes this a very unique property in Rio de Janeiro, and even when you're inside you feel the tropical climate all around you. From every room you have glass panel walls which lets the beauty of Rio de Janeiro come to you. On all these glass panelled walls there are custom made blinds that you can close for more privacy or to keep out the heat of the day.
The loft like construction, is split over 2 stories and houses 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is furnished in a minimalistic style with sophisticated designer furniture by some of the worlds best, including Rio's own Oscar Niemeyer.
The moment you step into this stunning property you can feel that you are in luxury. On the main level there is a large American style kitchen, along with a large dining table. This leads to the living room, all of which is designed in a cool open concept. The outdoor pool is on this first level, and is surrounded by a large over-sized terrace. This is the perfect spot to spend your day if you don't feel like going into the beaches of Rio. There is a social bathroom on this level, with a shower for after the pool. All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level.
