David recently discovered this unique villa adjacent to the beautiful Jardins Majorelle, surrounded by greenery and gigantic palm trees. Designed and architected in the 20s, the villa was recently renovated. It offers a standard of comfort difficult to match in private villas in the center of Marrakech. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The villa is surrounded by high walls offering complete privacy. On the street side is the garden, on the Majorelle Gardens side is an infinity pool (8m x 3m) mounted on a teak deck. We liked the way the inside and outside merge together through large French windows. The panoramic terrace and pool area integrate elegantly with the surrounding nature.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms. The TV room adjoining the living room can be converted into additional fully independent double bedroom with its marble bathroom with shower and bath.

1st floor:
- Entry onto the dining room for 10-12 guests
- Fully equipped kitchen with small terrace with a teak round table overlooking the garden
- Large living room opening onto the pool
- TV room opening onto the living room. This rool may convert into a fully independent double room. Ensuite marble bathroom with shower and bath.
- Double room with direct access to the pool deck, ensuite bathroom
- Swimming pool with deck

2nd Floor:
- Double bedroom with table desk. Ensuite bathroom with shower
- Large terrace with outdoor living room under a veranda. Unobstructed view of the nearby gardens.

A housekeeper and a gardener are at your disposal during your stay. Lunch and diner will be prepared on request by our cook.

A 2 minute walk from the Majorelle garden, easy access by car and taxi, 15 minutes from the airport and within 10 minutes of Djamaa El Fna.

Le personnel de maison était très gentil, discret et avenant mais manquait un peu d'initiatives et sans doute d'expérience
