Villa Keri is located just above Villa Neptune, overlooking Agios Ioannis beach and sea, in a very panoramic and wind-sheltered position. The property has own private entrance and large parking space for guests. The waterfront & infinity bean-shaped swimming pool is gorgeous, while its surrounding area is spacious, equipped with comfortable sun beds, a large pergola with table and chairs for shaded and relaxed lunches by the pool and sea. A stone pathway starts from the property entrance and pool level and leads up to the villa via a gorgeous garden with a variety of cacti and flowers.
The main floor consists of a large entrance with combined comfortable sitting area and formal dining space, tastefully decorated with antique pieces, with predominant white and cream color scheme throughout. A separate large fully equipped open-plan kitchen has direct access to a lovely pergola-shaded terrace with sea views, equipped with a woodfire BBQ and outdoor dining area.
A very large suite-style master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor, while two other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views are located on the upper floor. An extra separate bedroom for two more guests is located next to the main house, with entrance from the garden only few steps away. It offers lovely panoramic views, built with traditional stonewalls and have an en-suite bathroom.
The property is conveniently located just minutes walk to Kapari beach and enjoys a particularly wind-sheltered location without compromising its stunning views over Delos Island. When rented along with neighboring villa Neptune, Keri is an ideal location for two families looking for adjacent properties each with own private outdoor area and pools.
