Located 20 minutes from Marrakech city center on the road towards Amizmiz and Lalla Takerkoust dam, this property offers contemporary settings for holidays with family or friends, but also for parties and weddings.

The property spans more than one hectare, surrounded by adobe walls and the house is facing the majestic chain of the Atlas. The view over the plains and the mountains are spectacular and unobstructed, the stillness and the place offers a unique holiday experience in perfect privacy.

The site was designed and built by a pool of architects and designers in a contemporary Moroccan style revisiting traditional standards. It consists of:
- A villa which includes a spacious lounge / dining room with two fireplaces and five bedrooms including a child's room with shared bathroom.
- A large pool house includes a lounge area, a bar, steam room and massage room
- A very large swimming pool with Balinese beds and loungers
- 3 independent lodges with double bed and private bathroom.

THE ROOMS:

Each bedroom offers a choice to sleep in the privacy of the inner room in front of a fireplace or in the Moon Bedon the roof terrace ! Comfortable beds are provided inside and outside to give you the choice to change your mind during the night.
The garden room has an outdoor bath to cool off during the day and take a midnight swim under the stars.

THE LODGES

Each Lodge has an area of 55 m2 and its own garden with an outdoor bathtub for a romantic midnight swim. In each lodge is another bathtub dug into the ground and facing the fireplace for an intimate and warm bath.

The house staff is at your disposal for the duration of your stay. The cuisine is very good. The house has a steam room (hammam) and massage room.

The Samanah Golf and Country Club is 5 minutes by car.

Lovely staff. Nice and peaceful villa. VillaNovo is a nice high quality web site and properties. Good customer service. Probably a little expensive.

Would have been good to cover pool at night as we paid for heating it and it was still very cold to swim in !

The whole stay was amazing. The food was first class, very helpful staff, amazing rooms. Incredible. I could not reccomend it more highly.
