This Balinese inspired villa is located opposite to the Wolmar estate, on the West coast of Mauritius. Wolmar is a natural reserve of 600 hectares, home to more than 2,500 deers, wild boars, rabbits and monkeys.
The beautiful beach of Flic en Flac and the lagoon are located 150 meters from the villa, sunbathing and swimming are a must. Only 2 minutes by car, you will reach the center of village of Flic en Flac.
Hotels La Pirogue, Sofitel Sugar Beach are also located on this beautiful coast towards the bay of Tamarin which is reknowned for surfing.
The villa features :
- 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, a four-poster bed of 220m x 2m, en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, 2 washbasins) dressing
- An air-conditioned double room with 1 bed of 1m80 x 2m, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, 2 sinks)
- An air-conditioned twin room with 2 beds of 90cm x 2m, en suite bathroom (shower, toilet 1 sink)
1 Large open style kitchen, fully equipped.
1 Mezzanine with office area. Please note that access to the mezzanine is via a very steep wooden ladder.
A terrace under a thatched roof with a large bar area opened onto to the kitchen. The terrace includes a dining table for "al fresco" mauritian lunch and diners. Lounge area.
A laundry room with toilet.
A swimming pool 7m x 4m - 600m2 fully fenced garden - Villa is 250M2

The service of a maid is a included in the rate from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 12am. Sundays, holidays, baby-sitting and cooking in overtime. (about 3 euros / hour)
