This private property is located twenty minutes from the city centre of Marrakech and 5 minutes away from Amelkis, Royal and Al Maaden golf courses. This beautiful villa designed by Quentin Wilbaux is ideal for families or group of friends. It is nestled in a vast and colourful garden planted with olive and orange trees.
The house has a warm and contemporary atmosphere. It also benefits from large volumes, vast openings and beautiful views on the garden and the Atlas Mountains.
The central lounge room offers a chimney. It is used in winter times as a dining room. Large French windows provide direct access to the garden and the pool. Outside dining areas on the terrace by the garden or by the patio.
There are three 3 double bedrooms on the garden level. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower. One of them is a large suite.
The master suite is located on the first floor. Ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
A tv lounge located on the first floor can be transformed into a fifth bedroom and may accommodate up to two children.
The house also features a Hammam (steam room), a kitchen, two furnished terraces, two hectares of garden, and a beautiful 20 meter long heated pool.
