This magnificent contemporary villa is situated on a landscaped garden of 5,000 m2 overlooking the bay of Palombaggia near Porto-Vecchio in South East Corsica. With a living area of 400 m2 and 200 m2 covered terraces, the villa features 6 en suite bedrooms.
- Master bedroom: a bed 200 x 200 cm, walk-in closet, bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks
- Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks
- Bedroom 3: 180 cm double bed, bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 4: 180 cm double bed, bathroom with bath

The villa has a double living room with TV lounge and fireplace
The sea view from the living room is absolutely breathtaking.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Dining table for 16 people.
The villa features also beautiful garden patio fully furnished with loungers.
Outdoor dining area with table for 12 people and Weber barbecue with "plancha".
Infinity heated pool of 15 m x 5m.
The villa is staffed with an english speaking maid for 4 hours per day (except Sunday). House linens is of excellent quality. The mission of the household staff is mostly housekeeping (pre-provisionning available on request). The staff does not live on the property.
The villa is located in the hamlet of Porra on Palombaggia road, 5 minutes from the Palombaggia beach by car and 7 minutes from downtown Porto Vecchio. Access to the house is from a paved road as well as 50 meters of unpaved road.
The villa is equipped with an alarm system with remote monitoring by a private security firm.
The alarm video system can be disabled by a simple switch.
The pool is secured by an infrared alarm compliant with French regulations.
The house is equipped with WiFi and there is a sound system that can be carried out in the gardens and by the pool.
There are 5 poolside loungers and additional loungers in front of each bedroom terrace. If necessary the loungers can be moved by the pool (total of 10 loungers).
The house is underfloor heated and all bedrooms are air conditionned.
One bedroom is outside the main building of the villa and can be used to house domestic staff (nanny etc ...). There is a safe in the master bedroom.
Small animals are accepted.
