Similar to its neighboring properties, Villa Paradise III features a well-thought outdoor area comprehensive of a stone-built bar with BBQ, a pergola aptly furnished for al fresco dining and a pool terrace with views over the beach to surround the villa's large private swimming pool. This area can be accessed though small staircases both from the villa's TV room and all the bedrooms on the lower level.
As mentioned all bedrooms are located on the lower floor and feature smart furnishing along with modern amenities and en-suite bathrooms. The entrance level is instead fully dedicated to the fresh living room, the indoor dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and an interesting TV room, all having access to the outdoor terrace via French doors and all air-conditioned.
