Beautiful contemporary 950 sqm villa in Sotogrande in Andalusia with 180° spectacular sea view that include Gibraltar, Morocco, and Sierra Nevada.
The villa is located 750 meters from the beach
This villa offers all modern amenities. It was recently totally renovated and refurbished. The villa features a large chlorine free pool (15 X 6 m) set in vast and mature Mediterranean garden with a children playground.
There are four large fully furnished terraces, 2 dining tables with 10 and 16 chairs. 14 pool long chairs. Children playground and barbecue.
The ground floor of the villa includes :
- A large living room with fireplace and sea view.
- A large family room
- A large fully equipped kitchen, cold room, laundry room.
- A dining room for 14 guests
- 7 double bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms. Some bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views.
The basement includes:
- A home cinema room / snooker room.
The first floor of the villa includes:
- A very large master bedroom with two queen-size beds and bathrooms suite. Spectacular sea view form the 200 sqm furnished terrace.
- The villa features also in the basement a small independant apartment with a double bedroom, dining/kitchen bathroom which we can make avalaible at 650 € per week.
The villa is centrally heated and fully airconditionned. Villa has TV.
WI-FI access in every room.
The villa is fully staffed. The staff is available during the week as follow:
- Cooking from 9 am to 5 pm, cleaning start at 10 am, 8 hours daily.
- Gardener : 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, for garden and pool maintenance.
On Sundays and public Holidays, only 1 staff member will be available from 8 am to noon.
Laundry service is available at client’s charge. Overtime or additional charges if requested are charged at 10 euro/hours during the week and at 15 euro/hour on Sundays and bank holidays.
If you wish we offer a Lexus 430 President with driver at 1000 euro/week. You may also rent (self driving) the Rover Defender (9 seats) at 400 euro/week. Please note that a car is necessary in Sotogrande for shopping and activities.
We are also please to make available the house boat, a Rinker 212 (8 passengers) which for is good for waterskiing and wakeboarding. Cost with mandatory skipper is 70 euro/hour + fuel.
Sotogrande is one of Europe's golf paradises. There are eight golf courses within 10 minutes, Valderrama, Sotogrande , San Roque , La Reserva etc... Sotogrande being also the main European Polo centre.
The villa is at walking distance from sea, tennis courts and marina.
Marbella is a 30 minute drive, Sevilla and Granada at 2 hours. Tangier is 35 minutes by hovercraft. Shopping and many restaurants within 10 minutes by car.
Sea fishing trip: Big game fishing, reef fishing, and trawler fishing
Horse riding.
Closest Airports are Gibraltar (20 minutes), Malaga and Jerez at 1 hour.
