At the high side of a hill, in a very quiet area, situated in San José, 4 Km of distance from Ibiza town. Panoramic views to the East coast and the sea.
One km off way access to the house. All kind of shops at 2 km. Between 5-10 minutes by car from the South coast beaches of the Island: Salinas, Cavallet, Codolar, Jondal,... At 15 Km from Cala Tarida where are located our offices.
Nice property finca style divided in main house and some independent bungalows. Each bungalow is a bedroom.
Capacity: 10 persons (Possibility 2 more kids).

Living with chimney equipped with TV, with international and French Satellite, Internet by satellite (Orange), dinning place for 8 persons, very well equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooker, micro wave, dishwasher and ice maker. From the kitchen there is access to the both exterior dinning places for 8 and 10 persons with gas barbecue.

Swimming pool of 7,50 x 9 m with large furnished terrace with lounges and summer salon with built seats.
