The villa features seven bedrooms (the villa may also be rented in full exclusivity with 4 bedrooms), large living rooms, a beautiful outdoor infinity pool, a private spa including massage room, steam room and heated indoor pool, a movie theatre room. Villa Paloma stands in a beautiful private garden planted with olive trees and palm trees.

Decor is very neat and the villa is ultra comfortable, fully air conditioned.

- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms, dressing area. Each room has direct access to the garden. Some rooms have fireplaces. The beds are 160 cm wide and two rooms have twin beds convertible into double bed. High quality linens.

Upstairs:
- 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, the same comfort and equipment as ground floor bedrooms. Each bedroom has a terrace.
- 1 suite with fireplace and terrace overlooking the pool.
- Large terrace for aperitifs, lunches or dinners with unobstructed view of the palm grove and the Atlas.

Outside:
- Large 30 meters pool with a shallow bathing area for small children (Pool is not secured)
- Pergola by the swimming pool for al fresco dining.
- Large manicured garden filled with flowers, olive trees.

très joli jardin , magnifique piscine , déjeuner extra dans le jardin , bonne distribution de la maison

les moins de la maison aucune lampe de chevet ni table de nuit pour lire le soir sauf dans une chambre, et cela nous a énormément manquer , et le hamam qui ne fonctionne pas, petit problème de chauffage mais semaine pas très froide heureusement !

The villa, the pool, the service, good food, quietness, pool table, almost everything in fact. We had a great time.
Booking was efficient. Could have been a bit more proactive on site (e.g. sending info re airport taxi pick up and delivering the offered wine which we got the day before we left).

The villa is arguably a little too far from the centre which makes the journeys in and back a little long. The beds are hard by European standards and not comfy (this is not uncommon in Morocco). Lack of hot water in the showers, which we really only got one morning.

Cette maison offre une multitude d'espaces permettant à chacun de s'isoler, le SPA est une pièce maîtresse qui apporte qualitativement beaucoup. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les installations Hi-Fi et la décoration particulièrement raffinée.
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, les personnes nous ayant accueilli ont été adorables , tout était très bien organisé et la prestation est largement en ligne avec les attentes.

C'était parfait.

Une très belle maison avec des chambres spacieuses et un jardin très agréable, une villa idéale pour un séjour reposant en famille avec de nombreux recoins pour se retrouver ou s'isoler.
Le personnel de maison a été vraiment chaleureux et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. La cuisine est variée et de qualité.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Seul bémol, deux voitures sur place mais pas de chauffeur. Nous aurions été prets à payer un supplément pour les frais de la voiture et un chauffeur, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus vu l'éloignement de la maison.

I swam regulary and appreciated the non-chlorinated pool. The food preparation and service were excellent. Design of the house, including numerous places to gather as a group ... or to sit in solo contemplation, gave ample opportunity for both privacy and communality. Olive groves and fresh herbes made the grounds sweet to walk around. Location was a quiet retreat from the city and very restful. Bed was comfortable, and the Hammam was delightful. Both of the girls were very helpful and always cheerful. The media room was great for watching the film.

My experience with VillaNovo has been completely positive. I was in Marrakech as a guest of others who organized the stay.

There was no dedicated hair dryer in each room. There were no local grooming products (shampoo, soap, etc) provided for guests to sample. The isolated setting was charming, but there was no opportunity to just explore the surrounding area on foot, and getting to town was a bit of an expedition.
