This lovely house of 80 sq m is located just 2 Km from the beach and it has exceptional views to 60.000 sq m of nature all around the house and the sea with the Espartar Islands.
At 8 Km to San Jose and 20 to Ibiza town. All the beaches of the west coast of the island are situated within a radius of 10 Km: Cala d'Hort, Carbo, Vadella, where our local office is situated; Cala Molí, Tarida, Conta... Supermarket at 2 Km.
Capacity: 2 - 4 persons.

Entrance trough a terrace with garden and 2 exterior dining places.
Living room with sofa bed, TV satellite, Hi-Fi and fire place.
Independent kitchen equipped with micro waves, coffee machine, toaster,...
